We do not transport or dispose of hazardous materials, including but not limited to wet paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos-containing material, medical or biological waste, and pressurised containers such as propane tanks.

Where such material is discovered on site, it will be identified, separated where safe to do so, and left in place. Where a job requires certified abatement or biohazard remediation, we will decline that portion of the work and can refer you to an appropriately licensed contractor.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to dispose of the items presented for removal, and to comply with any statutory notice or storage obligations relating to abandoned tenant property.
