Why we exist
Junk got you down? Are you simply astounded at how much clutter has accumulated in your home or commercial establishment? Face it — junk happens to the best of us.
And if you have ever tried to deal with it yourself, you know how it goes. You borrow a truck, you make two trips, you discover the transfer station will not take the mattress or the television, and the weekend disappears. Meanwhile the heavy items are still exactly where they were, because moving a sleeper sofa down a flight of stairs with a friend is how people injure their backs.
There is a gap in this trade between the big operators quoting from a call centre in another state, and an uninsured guy with a pickup who may or may not dispose of your material legally. We aim to be the option in between: properly insured, clear about what a job will cost before it starts, and using permitted facilities for every load.
What we stand behind
Volume pricing, stated up front
Charges are based on how much space your items take up in the truck — not by the hour, not by weight. You get a firm number on site before any work starts, and if the load is smaller than estimated you pay less.
Licensed and fully insured
Every load goes to a permitted facility. Under California law, liability for illegally dumped waste can follow back to the property it came from — using an insured, licensed hauler is not a formality.
Donation and recycling first
We sort every load. Usable furniture and household goods go to local charities, metal and e-waste go to recyclers, mattresses go through the state recycling program, and only the remainder is disposed of.
No surcharge for hard access
Stairs, walk-ups, basements, crawl spaces, long carries and hillside properties are included in the quoted price. Getting to the items is our problem, not yours.
You speak to the crew
The person who answers the phone is the one who schedules your job — there is no call centre in the middle. We cover 35 cities across 8 Bay Area counties.
We finish what we quote
The price does not move partway through the job. If we underestimated, that is our mistake to absorb — not a renegotiation with a half-loaded truck in your driveway.

We confirm on site
The crew looks at the real load and confirms the price before starting. No work begins until you have agreed to a number.

We do the work
Lifting, carrying, disassembly where needed, and demolition where the job calls for it. You point, we handle the rest.

We sort and sweep
Donations, recycling and disposal are separated as we load. We sweep the space before we leave.
Where we work
As the name implies, we provide junk removal services throughout most of the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Based in Marin County, we primarily cover the North Bay, San Francisco proper, the San Mateo Peninsula and the East Bay counties. We are also known to reach surrounding areas on a case-by-case basis — if you are just outside our listed cities, it is still worth a call.
